Alpaca Scarf Care

An alpaca scarf is easy to care for: wear, air, and wear. Store the scarf folded loosely in a dry place, protected from pests. An alpaca scarf is most easily refreshed and smoothed by light steaming. The scarf can also be brushed with a soft clothes brush intended for delicate knits. A carded scarf tolerates brushing better than an uncarded one.

Stain removal and washing are done with wool detergent by hand or using the washing machine's hand wash program, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Fabric softeners are not suitable for the scarf. The scarf should be dried flat. A completely dry scarf can be finished by steaming.
