Repair service for our alpaca products
We repair alpaca products purchased from us free of charge.
Our alpaca products are durable and wear-resistant, but sometimes signs of use, holes, or tears can appear in the knitwear. We take responsibility for repairing the product and will handle it for you. We have the right tools, materials, and expertise for the job.
Bring the items you want repaired to our shop or send us a message with the subject: Product Repair. Please tell us which product you want to have repaired and what kind of damage it has, and we will email you instructions for sending it in.
Please let us know in the message below which product you purchased from us you would like to have repaired and what type of damage it is.
Note! It is important that you send us the following information clearly written on paper with your sweater: your name, address, phone number, and the repair service order number you received when purchasing the repair service.

The product repair is free of charge for you. We charge €10 for shipping and handling.
