Collecting customer reviews
We collect feedback from our customers about our products and services through several different channels. We strive to ensure that the people who provide feedback have actually purchased our products and that the feedback is genuine and unaltered.
Product reviews
1. Judge.me app
The Judge.me app automatically sends all customers who have made a purchase an email requesting a review of the product they bought. If a customer arrives at the review page by clicking the link, their review is marked as verified — Judge.me has thus confirmed that the review is genuine. If a member of Ruukin Kehräämö's staff edits a review (for example, removes identifying information such as the full name or email address), the customer receives an email notifying them of the change. If a customer reaches the review pages by any route other than the link, the review will not receive a "verified" mark, since we cannot confirm that the customer actually purchased the product in question.
Before switching to the Judge.me app, we used the Shopify Review app (development discontinued), from which reviews were transferred to Judge.me automatically and completely unchanged. These reviews do not display Judge.me's verification badge.
2. Ruukin Kehräämö's Facebook group
We also collect photos of knitwear made with Ruukin Kehräämö's yarns and patterns in our closed Neule ja Viini Facebook group. There, our customers can add a photo and a comment for other group members to admire. With the customer's permission, we also share this feedback on our website.
General feedback
1. Ziggpoll Customer Surveys
We also collect feedback from customers who have purchased our products using the Ziggpoll Customer Surveys app. The survey opens for the customer after the purchase process has been completed. At this stage the customer is asked for general feedback, not a review directed at any specific product.
We do everything we can to ensure that the feedback we receive comes from customers who have made purchases, and we publish the feedback on our website as is, unless it contains personal information. We correct obvious spelling mistakes to make the text easier to read.
