Welcome to Ruukin Kehräämö's online store. These terms apply between Ruukin Kehräämö and the customer when the customer purchases products or services from Ruukin Kehräämö's online store. By purchasing products, the customer accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them. Ruukin Kehräämö reserves the right to change these terms, and the customer accepts the terms in force at any given time.

2. Formation of the Contract and Delivery of Products

Only customers aged 18 or older may shop at Ruukin Kehräämö's online store.

The contract is concluded when Ruukin Kehräämö has accepted the customer's order and the customer has received an order confirmation from Ruukin Kehräämö.

The customer must provide their name, address, email address and mobile phone number when placing the order. 

Ordering from the online store requires providing a working email address. Ruukin Kehräämö will forward information about registration, customer details and orders placed to the email address provided by the purchaser. Order pickup notifications will be sent by the postal service to the purchaser's/recipient's mobile phone number as a text message.

The online store customer is required to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions and accept them before they can order products from Ruukin Kehräämö's online store.

The online store customer is responsible for ensuring that the information they provide when placing an order in the online store is correct and up to date. It is the customer's responsibility to check and review the accuracy of their order details in all respects before ordering and paying for products. A binding order is created only when the customer has received an order confirmation by email from the online store. The customer must verify the accuracy of the information stated in the order confirmation.

You can order products from the online store either as a registered customer or as a guest.

If you place an order without registering, you must provide the customer information marked as mandatory when placing your order so that we can deliver the products you ordered.

It is not permitted to order products from the online store for resale.

3. Prices of online store products

Prices of online store products are listed in the online store. Products are charged based on the price valid at the time of ordering. The prices shown are valid until further notice or for the period separately specified in the product details in the online store. The in-store price may differ from the online price.

Product prices include the value-added tax applicable at the time. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

Product prices do not include shipping costs, but they are shown separately during checkout and in the order confirmation. 

Ruukin Kehräämö reserves the right to change the prices of products sold in the online store. If a customer returns ordered products, Ruukin Kehräämö has the right to review the discounts the customer has received and modify them if the conditions for receiving the discount are no longer met.

Ruukin Kehräämö strives to ensure the accuracy of all prices displayed in its online store, but does not guarantee that the prices are correct. If a price displayed in the online store deviates so significantly from the product’s customary price that a customer should have understood it to be an error, the incorrectly stated price does not bind Ruukin Kehräämö.

4. Product availability in the online store 

Ruukin Kehräämö does not make any guarantees regarding the availability or adequacy of products sold in the online store. Some of the products for sale are seasonal items or otherwise products that are produced only in limited quantities. Products that are part of the regular range may run out of stock, for example for production-related reasons.

Ruukin Kehräämö strives to keep accurate and up-to-date information about product availability in its online store. If a product that was available for ordering in the online store becomes temporarily out of stock during the ordering process, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding its rules on choice of law, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of the customer's place of domicile.
