If you do not collect your package or accept delivery within the given time, it will be automatically returned to us. Once your package has been returned and processed, you will receive a refund for the price of the items in the package/delivery, excluding any additional charges.
In addition, an uncollected shipment fee of €19.90 will be charged to cover increased handling costs and carrier fees. If you paid by account or invoice, the fee will be charged to your invoice. If you paid by card, the fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the card.
If you have cancelled the order before collecting the package, no fees will be charged.
Ruukin Kehräämö is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery of orders if they are caused by the customer providing incorrect contact details when placing the order, or if the customer has failed to notify and update changed contact details, or is not present at the agreed delivery time and cannot be reached.
