Alpaca Base Layer Care
Alpaca base layers are easy to care for: wear, air, and wear. Store the base layer loosely folded in a dry place, protected from pests. The base layer is most easily refreshed by airing and steaming. Stain removal and washing should be done with wool detergent by hand or using the hand wash cycle of a washing machine, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. After washing, dry the base layer flat. Once completely dry, the base layer can be finished by steaming.
