Traditional sweater or Alpaca wool sweater?

Everyone knows what a traditional old-fashioned Finnish wool sweater is like. Or some might even have in mind a Norwegian equivalent wool sweater. 

For Finns, a wool sweater is a traditional and essential garment that protects against cold and wind. However, not all wool sweaters have nearly the same qualities. 

We made a comparison between a traditional wool sweater and an Alpaca Royal wool knit. We wanted to highlight the little-known qualities of alpaca wool, both in terms of comfort and quality.

Alpacas, which produce top-quality fiber, graze in a species-typical manner, use very little water, and their footpads do not damage the soil like hooves do.

Very little water is also used in further processing. The official color chart of alpacas below shows that there are dozens of natural alpaca shades.
